sun sun sun...

here it comes!

as you can see, im really in love with the sun these days. i've even generated a 'summer is here' playlist on itunes!

among others, here's what's included:
1. here comes the sun (by the beatles)- no surprises there.
2. somewhere over the rainbow/what a wonderful world (by israel kamakawiwo'ole)- you cannot not love this song. it melts you.
3. mas que nada (by sergio mendes)- very tap-to-the-beat-ty.
4. awit ng kabataan (by rivermaya)- such a happy happy song. even though i dont understand a single word of tagalog.
5. sway (by dean martin/buble et al)- its self-explanatory.
6. volare (by domenico mudugno)- makes you just want to belt into VOLLAAARRRRAAAAYYYY! its just the mediterraneans.
7. better together (by jack johnson and the buena vista social club)- with bossa by the BVSC, there's more rhythm and kick to this otherwise rather ho-hum track.
8. in the mood (by glenn miller's orchestra)- bright and chirpy!
9. guantanamera (by buena vista social club)- another one of those 'dont-understand-but-sing-along' songs.
