that aside, guess who's going to this year's mtv europe music awards in copenhagen?

thats my audition number at the back. we headed down to bella centre today, which is in the middle of nowhere in amager just to wait in line in the freezing cold for 1.5 hours, because we got there too early, but guess what, the ang-mohs are also kiasu, so there was already a competent line in place. anyhow, we had to audition for those tickets. indeed they're free, but they make you audition for them. 3 rounds of judging- first, chant 'MTV' as loudly as you can, then dance with thumping euro-trash music AND behave as if you want to marry justin timberlake. i've no idea how i managed to do these things, those of you who know me, know i can't dance for nuts (save vj mass dances), i do not like JT and i havent had MTV on my cable tv for the longest time. i just got terribly lucky.

anyway, the botanic gardens outside our place looks like this now:
