heigh ho heigh ho.. its off to LEGOLAND we go!

a minature representation of the canals of amsterdam, minus the magic mushrooms and glass showcases.

a replica of the oil drills in the north sea. so much attention paid to d u etail (they even have lego whales swimming in the water) that you cant help but respect these lego builders.

another bird's eye view of the dutch canals.

the impressive detail of this, is that the reservoir actually works. hence the floodgates will close and open systematically and the boat will float out and come back in to repeat the process. lego contraptions that move. whooarrr.

a typical country house, together with the cute cows in the field. there were also cute dogs, lambs, sheep, pigs, scattered all over miniland. and there were also huge lego bisons, flamingoes, leopards hanging around in safari zone.

the setting for the copenhagen harbour.

skagen- the famed northernmost tip of jylland, only not. its here in legoland.

hmm, cant remember what this is supposed to present :)

it was surreal. legoland is absolutely mindblowing in terms of the billions of tiny legobricks it consumes to construct replicas, especially in miniland. weicheng, wendy and myself took the train to jutland this morning at a deathly hr of 7.56am, and the weather was crappy again. rain and sun alternately for the last 8hrs. its really crazy. but i'll just shut up abt the weather and post some pictures. btw, apologies to jiajin and kameron if they are reading my blog! i forgot to include their names in last nights cookout. my very bad. im so sorry! for the record i took 200 photos at legoland before my camera battery died.

welcome to the amalieborg palace. lego-size.
even for some one as petite (ok fine, short) as i am, i felt like gulliver. imagine going mad and stomping like godzilla over all the miniland replicas. that's me at nyhavn.

photographic evidence that i have been to legoland billund, even if i unfortunately lost my legoland ticket to prove it.

this was shocking. to see a singapore airlines lego plane, in billund. now, i wonder who's great idea was this. btw, the flag on the plane is kinda skewed, coz the cresent and stars happen to be on the right and now the left. opps.
