today at the craftmarket! among other pics

a picture of anna (behind) and akari holding 'singapore hot curry sauce' at the asian minimart. yeo's the pride and joy of singapore all the way in copenhagen. they also sell white rabbit sweets and haw flakes in this place, but very exorbitant. i guess its common sense, i mean who wants rabbit sweets and hwa flakes here? (besides homesick singaporeans)


last sunday's dinner at aimee's place: tamago dashi, chicken noodles and fresh apple crepes. she is living in one of the best places ive seen so far. and check out the vegemite- ive learnt its something of an australian institution and this vegemite is the travel pack kind. and then aimee and cuili got into a heated argument on the contents of vegemite and marmite and whether they can or cannot be used on bread (australian way) or porridge (singaporean way). im just concerned that aimee didnt burn the crepes.


went out to the craftmarket at frue plads today. which is directly in front of the main uni library in town. no fake branded goods, no von dutch, no abercrombie unlike the ones back in nus. this is extremely atas and extremely high priced handmade goods, and with a catered cafe selling oh-so-delicious cakes. i especially liked stall with the lamps made from all kinds of weird stuff like red children's heads. eerie at night, but chic nonetheless. the last pic was taken at studenthuset, tom (the guy who blinked) looks kinda like abner!
